There is also $360k stamp duty on purchase of B&D which is due this quarter.
As I have said, they sold 30% of Blackwater just in the nick of time.
Note also that WHC assumes all future contingent and deferred payments. The 30% sale was inclusive of those payments so Nippon and JFE will not have to pay anything going forward.
