Funny thing about ppl argue between loan and grant???
Key is that do you think as market value current at AUS$360M can easily loan USD742M?
No matter grant or not, Loan isn't easy to get especially higher than its own market value?
ppl seriously that dumb? Have you ever tried to borrow money from Bank as loan? without enough asset value, nobody will bloodly loan you money!!
The ppl said anything like that it is loan not grant, it is like zero knowledge of business/investmet or any logic?
Why dont you go to bank, and say you want to borrow 1 million, see what will they say to you? Dumb
