it seems the shares are directly puchased on asx at the current market price....no dilution
Also the issuing bank has the capacity to continuously buy from Aust registry via the asx to satisfy US needs.Do they have te capacity to sell back into the Australian market?
I assume the shares purchased by the issuing bank (in US) still show on the company registry,posibly as combined US holdings.
Interesting times for prr with more variables coming into play
