I hope it is enough. I'm just concerned if there is much additional investment in Project Lumina and the grant takes time to come through it might shake confidence. I've been watching this stock since 2017 and still have high hopes. EPA approval seems to be the last hurdle before this gets moving but as Barney said, we're potentially looking at 2-3 more months with nothing. The SP will hurt in that time.
