HC is a great stock forum and one of the largest in the Asia Pacific... It's a great Forum because they facilitate a mix of opinions and not only 1 way opinion.

As for EXR, with today 6 days left for Neil to bring some news.....must be sweating at night after so many promises.... well.... not really, 'hes got a nice little deposit from R&D and must be enjoying shareholders hard earned....
