So we've exhausted 20% of the available funds for the BB already and only moved the SP 4.7%. Seems to me once the rapidly diminishing BB allocation goes then the shorters will be back in full control. I can't see this being value for any holders. Hope I'm dead wrong but so far this has been an ineffective exercise.
