    cash backing about 24c per share;

    - There 75 mln in cash to be held by 30th of June 2011

    CXM need to spend funds on :

    Port 75-80 mln ( chinese contribute half)
    Water plant ? mln
    Electricity plant ?mln

    there are no JORC resources yet;

    I would not buy at this level but looking at progress;
