Looking at the present market and valuations given to australian banks it looks insane. That is why they say price is not the value of a stock but a demand and supply of that stock at that given time. As soon as sentiments change price change again, that may or may not be accompanied by value of that stock.
So as a good investor patient is very important, playing in the hands of big players will end up chasing different stocks every day but gaining a little.
A good investor play inbetween those demand and supply cycles and make wealth.
