ok so that's a very long way of saying that there's no firm evidence that this is in place?

when youre talking cash raises being required and only having a million or so on hand it would be good if it was based on facts.

for the record I dont agree with the company going to the NSX and continuing on its current trajectory however my personal circumstances are such that I have all my capital back with some gains so am happy to free ride this and see where it goes.

if I was still sitting on a loss id definitely be pushing harder for the company to be wound up and return the cash to investors. since they can't seem to find a suitable asset in a suitable jurisdiction with all the time and money they've had then they aren't exactly filling me with confidence.
