I don't think Rick ever says "never". The main thing I've taken out of his vids is that there is a multitude of things to weigh up - there will never be the perfect junior. I think as long as they're being upfront about the equ. they're using and you understand it, it's okay. In this case they're using US$15000 ($22500 cheaper than spot right now) so I think it is pretty far from being deceptive. I'm sure there are people who know more than me that would say it is a different number when factoring in processing but hey, for now they have quite a bit of wiggle room...$22500 to be exact.
