it looks like Panman wants to move his activitiesfrom Kat Gap to Lady Ida (Forestania), using sale proceeds of Kat Gap to pay for it .
So all the money that's been poured into Kat Gap by shareholders over 11 years, will be liquidated and used for another project.
Panman and the Board of Directors say & 'it's up to Shareholders'.
So Classic BOD take no responsibility for it's erratic behaviour,
