And being paid handsomely for his troubles. I won't mind if he performs and delivers, however, if this deal falls through, then every cent he gets is just wasted money for the company. A good CEO is worth his money, a bad one is nothing but a liability. For me the jury is still out but hopefully he will come through with the goods, the deal turns out to be reasonable or better and we are on a flyer once this crappy boardroom drama is over one way or another.
