Well it looks like TRF are announcing their CR this week, which is (what I think) the first step towards beginning production in 2011. While only a minor step, at least it signals support from TRF and means it is likely that a reasonable portion of the funds IFE are after should be received from TRF providing the CR happens smoothly.
This is just the first step towards the bigger picture but just wanted to see everyone elses thoughts? Looks like the market may see it as a positive.
If the funding for the project can be all completed within the next 1-2 months that should be a big tick to getting this in the right position to begin shipping late this year.
