Anthony leaving was the biggest sign of all. Them not announcing it at the time seems shady as f* now I think about it. I said it at the time, why would you leave unless you had nothing left to do - ie. partner was already in place or drug doesn't work. Seems so obvious now that of course it was the drug failing.
