1. Chinese offtake contract; Japanese offtake contract; which one is it and what the hell is going on?...

2. When is the first real shipment of Mamahak coal going to be announced? The barges have apparently been moving for months now - where's KRL's millions in sales revenue?

3. What is going to happen to ASEAMCO; particularly given they have just been signed up for 3 years.

4. Who are the cornerstone investors? Are they, as one poster has suggested, the same people as behind Bayan?

5. What is being done to get around the problem with the river levels? The start of the dry season is 4 months away and there has been no suggestion KRL will have enough (or in fact any) coal out of the ground to tide it over...
