Correct and in telecommunication sector that is only way to grow. However, SWP was late to the table. They came totally unprepared which exposed company's weaknesses. If they couldn't even convince VNX board with their offer, how do they expect to convince any one else. Vague statements has further damaged board's reputation. Now they are just playing spoilers games which is costing money and time. Walk away from this, take a little profit and try to find other opportunities.
