No I don't believe HC has any real meaningful impact on the price I was was being purely satirical as it's clear that some posters believe they have that magic and I'm mocking them. As for you it's more a case of old man yells at clouds, there's no magic or real downramping there. No need to insinuate my thoughts I've been clear on my opinions of pep11.
Market action dictates the price as traders, firms and institutions play. The only real price action will come when market sensitive information becomes available, not through discussions on a forum. When and how that information comes is what interests me, as I believe the government has no ability to refuse the permit in any practical fashion or they would have done so by now, of course there is always the slim chance they've had a weak reason all along but haven't wanted to test it in court as that would preclude a case they would then likely lose.
