As I've said before, their core business is to ROI, with a heavy senior mgmt skin in the game, as opposed to other entities, where their core biz is something else (ie. diggin' stuff up, retailing, energy, manufacturing etc.) and just hope they play in a rational industry and derive a non-super_but_adequate ROI. With Mac, the end is the means, and vv.
Even with today's $222, and the market coming off yesterday's Fed interest rate hand-wringing, relative to year opening of $181, that's a 23% re-rate, so '24 TSR probably nudging 30%.
