The fact that the stock gained 26.7% today is an indication of its potential and power - potential identified by someone who has the power to accumulate. I would say, the stock is on the launching pad, ready to blast off. This could turn out to be another multi-bagger, perhaps not the same magnitude as STB.

RUM is pretty special in that it is into phosphate and potash, both running hot; the deposits are there and the immediate work is to determine their grades and to prove the tonnage. It is not like a company drilling, hoping to make a find.
