It a leadership team. They present as a unified front. No one is exempt from setting the tone and culture. He sits in the meetings, he deals directly with other leaders, so is part of the approach. So its not like he is going to go against the grain and tell shareholders what is going on, he needs to toe the company line.
Perhaps leadseship team need to have some robust discussions with DM and provide some guidance on the right things to do.
