It prove to me the pps is being heavily manipulated and the next positive clinical trial update will be an even stronger re-rate, that's when the big boys will jump in as they are waiting for OASIS which will mean the pps can't be manipulated and drop this low again. Yes, I could be wrong but given the achievement in the last 12 months, it's very low risk for me.
