Why would your even consider buying an asset based Africa. The Chinese have near total control of many countries in Africa and Australian mining companies are learning how they (chinese) operate in such countries. Look at how many aussy assets they have taken ownership of.
RNU is in the correct place to be to offer any potential customers a stable and continuous supply of graphite along with a government that can be relied upon.
