You are well behind the times Rob, RBW and MKA are well the road to producing separated RE's, and JOMEG is currently looking at Saltend, FYI Longonjo's finance is mostly Angolan and African based.
Also, the US Govt has recently funded a FS on refining in Angola as well as a major expansion of production capacity.
