I think we need a reality check. The drug failed from a rigid trial design delivering hard results.
if there was anything worth investigating further ie. efficacy in some, the trial would have continued.
Ive still got some $ here, squat diddly at this sp. But how wouod it work come January "we have identified a sub group"
ok so theres a subgroup. Now what? Start a new trial just for them? Design it, fda approve it, recruit it as a ph3, how many years are we up to now? Surely if there was hope the spin dr would have eluded to it. Voit said nothing. No comments from clinicians. The dillution to raise for any other trial whatsoever would be just as devestating. MS has competition last I looked, plus the amount is too high for fda - the drug will be ok for up to 100mg perhaps but to double that for MS, no.
Epliepsy... years away.
Something was fluffed up for 2a results to be as they were, and the mouse models... we've been lied to somewhere to keep a few people well paid.
