The giant elephant in the room is their complete bs spins when really they are continually moving the goal posts AND in the most unprofessional manner.
Most haven't been around long enough to realise, CEOs, CTOs, Chief Engineers etc. have all come and gone with 4DS.
They originally had investors from Japan that got frustrated with the goal posts being moved and bailed.
Then they came here (ASX), and categorically stated multiple times they need to produce a MB chip with IMEC to acquire statistically significant data on speed, endurance, reliability, yield. - that would make them attractive and have something meaningful to sell.
Then they started producing 60nm & 20nm chips, sure, positive, continual progress is inevitable, but it should have been to further develop a data set because they were selling, not have PH sit and tell investors it was "ALWAYS" the goal, ah, excuse me it was?
Then DM does one of his greatest errors in judgment, faffs absolutely everything, and in the most recent presentation presents himself as if he is dialing in for a work meeting with colleagues, he yet again sits there and says it was "ALWAYS" the goal to have another partner develop a test chip for them.
and on and on and on and on.........if he wasn't lying in the past, he is lying now. If he isn't lying now, he was lying in the past.
Wake up and call a spade a spade, and in this case its shoveling shi$e
If this numpty had half a clue, the share price would be high and raising money off the back of 20 - 30c share price would be easy.
