If being done on the usual ASX cap raising terms then it will be between a 15-20% discount to the prior 5 or 7 days VWAP.
Someone cleverer than me can probably work that out.
if it is something a bit more spicy (such as a cornerstone investors or a green industrial tech fund) then it could even possibly be at a small premium to the same VWAP.
We will have to wait and see.
