BREAKING:
The Russell 2000 index has not hit an all-time high for nearly 800 days STRAIGHT, the longest streak in 13 years.
This also marks the 3rd longest stretch on record. The Russell 2000 is the only major stock index that has not made a new all time high this year.
Small caps stocks are still ~10% below their peak posted in November 2021. Year-to-date, the Russell 2000 index has increased 11%, significantly below the S&P 500's gain of 23%.
