Dreadful body language - apologetic almost guilty eyes not meeting the camera and looking away as he made what he thought were key points.
This alone has me now reassessing my IVR holding now a tad in the red. Something wrong here. More known than being said.
Await the technical silver bounce and a pump of IVR ? Get out of Dodge now ?
