Hopefully no more delays! But could still happen.
Personally If I were in charge I'd cut him a deal even now. He could bat on for ages yet. Take a bit of leadership that mind and balls - not afraid to look like a prat etc etc..... Look to protect the asset some way anyway. It can be done by a smart experienced operator. Involve the Namibians more closely in any potential upside. Can't be beyond our BOD's wit.
