    Hi,
    I tend to agree with what you say.
    But I think you can apply this logic mainly to websites for very specialised tasks.
    However, in the case of Airtasker, it may be different given the large number of services which can be performed via this platform.

    So, I see 2 cases :
    - for repeat work (same kind than the initial job), the customer has a real incentive to realise the job out of Airtasker (as you mentioned),
    - but, if the customer wants to realise a very different kind of work, he may be tempted to use the platfom again.
    In fact, this is my main question about Airtasker : how many repeat customers do they have ?
    So far, I have not been able to find it in their recent presentations.
