You do realize that 4DS has very little money in the bank right? The very fact they found it difficult to find brokers / investors to stump up cash for the raise is a huge red flag.
What will happen in January is they will attempt to raise again at a 15% discount to the VWAP which is likely to be somewhere in the 3.5-4c range.
This will cause massive dilution pushing 4DS to well over 2Bn shares on issue further diluting shareholders.
On top of that Infineon are doing engineering at rates on a process node that was developed in 2007 (some 20 years ago) they have no skin in the game and are doing this because imec don't have the equipment necessary to move this along...
If any of this sounds like DM and 4DS has any idea what they are doing you have rocks in your head.
The company is rudderless and worse out of money. I doubt Infineon will be doing work for free, unless 4DS can convince Infineon to take an equity share this is done and dusted.
