I doublt they would sell out completely at this stage - they must see the potential of TIS, same as everyone else.
Perhaps half of their initial holding, to get free-carried.

I'll say one thing for them - they are exiting in a controlled, orderly way. Unlike some other funds I've seen exiting, where the SP gets smashed in the short term.
