The company is a publicly listed entity and, the Board need to be held to account for everything, good and bad.
in this case, they need to explain the demise of the company, it's share value and it's market capital.
We the public are shareholders and they have a duty to explain.
FFS they are not private, they report to us the shareholders.
Heads need to roll including JG and the CG.
What they have given us after 20 years is all but nothing now.
