1 teaspoon dijon mustard.
Finish off with the following:
100 ml beer or cream.
50 gm goat cheese.
A little corn flour to thicken.
1 teaspoon of soy sauce.
½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce.
2 splashes smoked tabasco.
Heap on four bread toast or crumpets.
Grille.
