ok, so after my last unsuccessful foray into developing a theory, i reckon i may have a second more reliable idea. In saying that, i hope i dont end up like tug boat movements on the MMR/BUY thread.
However im getting slightly spooked by the reluctance of the company to make it clear. Perhaps they are still finalising something? So your thoughts? Best to let the company do their thing?
Suffice to say it appears to be the same acreage, in the general region slightly south and west of corpus christi and area has likely lapsed from previous farm in partner in the last year. They also had a 50% farm in. I cant confirm that they are no longer a partner, thought that appears highly likely.
On this one, my reading on the property is that not enough work was previously done and could be very good potential. Either way, TEX has a low entry cost, so limited downside if this is it.
