IMO, the skill sets required of Directors change with company size in addition to business acumen:
family businesss (less than dozen employees) = yes, must have techical expertise in the field, they have to be "workers" to help minimise business admin costs
small company (less than 100 employees) must have skills that will motivate employees & some techical expertise
100 employees plus, specialist technical skills could be an hinderance to decision making
The existing Board's claim is their technical expertise is their stength & MPO still needs these specialist skills. The proposed alternative Directors bring general management skill sets
IMO, voter's need to decide which skill sets does MPO need to take the company (& its SP) forward
