Absolutely, they are significantly overpaid for their performance. There's been a lack of accountability for the repeated delays in execution and the ongoing reliance on costly capital raises. In my opinion, it's time for the CEO to step aside, or at the very least, their compensation should be adjusted to reflect actual results to date. If you're part of the K-consortium conducting due diligence here and have observed these latest events, it hardly presents the image of an organisation with competent execution.
