it happened. and I was a holder but sold today after weekend reflection. i have been scorched earthed over at PER so am not letting red flags go though any more without very close scrutiny. ( in their case it was a 40% discount CR heading into results that were double blinded ).
a raise that is reduced in price and scale and then cancelled is a red flag that warrants careful consideration. no matter whether it is the brokers "fault" or not. to even get to the point of changing it must have been approved by the BOD so they were happy to but still couldn't get it away.
fingers crossed I am wrong ( it is a trend lately ) but I will look for re entry as tech and funding firm up even if it means missing part of the gain.
