at the the end of the day the data decides what happens to this company, forget about the years to pay this facility off, or the bonus 526mil shares. of the results within the next 6 minths are not good companys f:&ed anyway but if it succeed another 1b wont matter in the scheme of things.
the sp wont be locked in at 5c either, if data is good it will move if its not well imu was f@&$ed before this arrangement.
imu will power or cease with next 6 months, id eather have secured funding to know either way.
