"Best CEO in the caper by a country mile" is a big call. I can't look past Ken Brinsden and Dale Henderson.

I don't think it's unfair to expect Tony to dip into his own pockets. A good chunk of his fully paid ordinary shares have been acquired through cheap (at the time) share options - for which he's sold shares on market to fund these option conversions.

The share price has gone down to 20% of the price as at the Albemarle. I saw before online that Tony took home $5.5m in 2023 (it's unclear from the website whether it's CY2023 and FY2024) including incentives. I don't think it's too much to expect him to dip into his own pockets. It doesn't have to be a Dale Henderson $1m+ investment. But even something like $100k (which let's be honest - isn't all that significant to Tony when it comes to buying assets) would send a strong signal to the market.
