I dont know about it being a positive , this is bottom on the barrell financing, convertible notes often referred to as "death debt financing."
The holder will be able to dump on market anything about 3c and be in profit.
Its postiive in the sense it seems like the company will be reinstated to the ASX giving holders a chance to cash out
