Could be any number of reasons why its so large conpared to others..
I think the main thing it highlights is why all these processes take so long, yes they may have been wrong about predicted timelines but i think all these small cap bio companies believe they can do it quicker until they cant.
hopefully havent been too many mistakes in these 17000 pages or we could be getting an extension on the 30 days.
