Personally, getting our mine from bare paddock to operation in such a short period, in a jurisdiction with a reputation for delays, stuff ups and overruns is more than enough signs of commitment! The biggest risk I see is someone attempting to poach the leadership team to either rescue their failing project or ensure it never becomes a failed project....... I wonder if there's been any approaches?
