They don't have a minority. The jv is 50/50, equal partners. It is about who controls YTPAH. These things typically are structered this way to avoid one partner to be able to force the other partners hand. For good and for bad.
Perhaps Yunnan Tin can have someone apply some political pressure on Greentech. That would seem a more plausible catalyst. Guess we'll know when we know
