½ cup chopped pancetta.
3 cloves pressed garlic.
1 piece chopped rosemary.
1 dozen chopped sage.
1 tablespoons soy sauce.
1.5 tablespoon worcestershire.
1 teaspoon french herbs
Secure with string.
Coat outside with some of the following:
Korea chili paste.
Rice wine.
Rosemary.
Soy sauce.
Sage.
Thyme.
french herbs.
In a pan barbecue on the charcoal webber with the lid on.
55 to 60 c for beef and lamb.
70 c for chicken or pork.
