They say this in the announcement in paragraphs 7, 8 and 9 ... They are paying the $4.5M USD to further advance the tech - which the market has fairly interpreted as "to fix the PL5 failures" based on the share price brutilisation. I don't think anyone is doubting that PL5 failed, my question is more about why does a failed PL5 push the price so far down to 4.6c - doesn't feel proportionate to historic worse news
