My thoughts exactly. The recent announcement mentioned that there was process improvements found from testing PL5, but that implies that an optimisation opportunity was found for the purposes of scaling, not that the 60nm PL5 has issues. Although the info was sparse and the wording was ambiguous, as per usual. So we'll need to wait I guess.
