    just can't pull the pin on this one at the moment

    cash on hand is a big issue

    capital raising could be around the corner

    so you have the chance of announcement regarding deal and then a run , then placement / raising

    or placement then announcement of the deal

    bit more research i think

    loving the shell plays at the moment though
