I'm sorry butcherboy but I don't understand what you are getting at. There are tens of thousands of homes scattered over the state that have been worn to ground level by torrential flows of flood water. The Queensland resource industry has flatlined. Major roads have been crushed. The clean up will cost billions of dollars. The Australian economy can simply not afford what will be upwards of $10B to recover the losses from this tragedy. Please be rational and accept that it is only fair for us to expect a little back from other countries given how much we have given over the course of many decades.
