could an announcemnt come next week..... and sean to claim he was not in the know of something today? me thinks NOT, impossible
so what action will the asx take? for misleading the market.
even if NDA, so general disclosure could be had, after all many an intervew and video clip has sean predicting something soon, so why not tell the asx too?
treading a fine line to a need for disclosure if indeed that accouncement comes within a week?
to days trading was more that a re rate to me.
